Voluntary Life & AD&D  For the Voluntary Life Insurance, anyone who either waived VTL initially or is enrolled now can add/increase two increments during this enrollment period. Please note: If you want to keep your current coverage nothing needs to be done. You can fill out a change form if you would like to make any changes otherwise your coverage will remain as is.  

Please be advised that there is a rate adjustment only for Dental and Sort Term Disability.  See the charts below for the renewal rate.
