Tool and Die Fabrication

The tool and die work at IPI is created in-house using  CAD/CAM software both wire EDM, and CNC technologies . This puts us in control of development from the start of the tooling, to the finish. This greatly reduces lead-times to get product into your hands faster.

Custom EDM and Services

We offer custom wire EDM services. Our machine can cut complex profiles out of any metal with min inside radius as little as .010”.  Cut accuracy of .00012” or less is possible.  Please contact us for further details.
